i agree Comcast is probably one of the worst company's in the country right now. Poor service very high rates, and half the shit u pay out of the ass for doesn’t always work (on demand) demand my ass they should rename it on "when we feel like fixing your shit" down with Comcast I’m switching to AT&T and for u guy who works there. Get a new job cuz whether u wanna admit it or not u work for a bunch of lazy assholes

Comcast is so unethical that its ridiculous...they are basically a monopoly, which is illegal, all other cable networks are gone (Comcast bought them out)...and nothing is more unethical than their commercials for their internet service...you know, "Only $24.99 for the first three months"...then after the first three months are gone its doubled...So not only does Comcast have no competition, they also trick you in their adds.

Actually, this was with a signal booster already being used. This problem went on for quite a while, through 5 tech visits, 3 of which they tried to charge me for. They also tried to charge me for the booster, which I refused to pay. I finally got the charge taken away for only after spending almost 2 hours on the phone with what Comcast loosely calls "customer service".

I'm sorry that seeing this strikes such a nerve with you, but I was very frustrated after having sub-standard service for many months without adequate customer service and while still getting charged full subscriber rates.
